Singell Estate ORGANIC - Singell Malt 150 - 2021

In celebration of its 150th Anniversary, Singell Tea Estate has produced a special batch of tea produced from its heritage tea bushes planted in 1871 by Mr. James White, Singell Estate's first owner.   Located in the upper elevation section of its gardens, these bushes have been carefully nurtured and protected over the years to produce some of the most outstanding Darjeeling teas.  Well made, colourful mixed reddish-black leaves with plenty of silver tips. These leaves produce an amazing flavourful and rich tasting tea liquor with exceptional balance and moderate briskness possessing notes of bark, nutmeg and molasses.
