Aromatic winter season hand-plucked high mountain leaves. This GABA oolong is manufactured by a special process where during the usual oxidation stage, oxygen is replaced with nitrogen, causing the glutamic acid to convert to GABA, a neurotransmitter known for its brain-calming effects. These leaves produce a rich and incredibly flavourful light to medium-bodied tea liquor with excellent sweetness, and with prominent raisin and honey flavour notes. This tea has a wonderful silky mouth-feel and is highly recommended.
